Is it safe to order on-line?

When my credit card shall be charged?

The Credit Card will charged after the payment's confirmation by the bank side. Within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. In case that your bank does not approve the payment, you shall be quickly informed about the reason of order's rejection.

What are the shipment charges?

The shipment's cost is appearing automatically after the order's accomplishment and right before the payment process.

Do I have to pay import charges?

Any charges for customs or import duties must be deposited when the product arrived in destination country. The extra charges that might be come from customs, it is necessary to be paid by the product's recipients. Be aware that it is not possible to be checked the above mentioned charges. The policy of each customs may vary from country to country, so for further information, you may wish to contact your local customs office.

Do I have to sign at the delivery?

All orders require a recipient's signature and identity.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed it is irrevocable. You have the option of canceling within one hour. For further inquiries please contact us.

After the payment you have informed me that some items are out of stock

Rare but possible is, two orders to be placed simultaneously. In this case our system may not be updated. If and when this happens, we provide you a refund. You can also choose to replace the unavailable style with another one that is in stock.

My order is going to be a present. It is feasible my present to be sent it immediately to my recipient?

Your present is possible to be sent to your recipient as long as you fill his/her address.

I received a wrong item

If you receive any items that are not applying to your order, please contact us. Please record your order number, your name and address, details of the product and then reason for return in order to replace it. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
